ROBERT PARKINSON

Robert came to Equipco from the plumbing wholesale industry in 2002. He has over twenty-five years customer service and management experience in the plumbing and HVAC industries. He has successfully completed several management, and sales management courses. His gregarious personality contributed to a successful career in wholesale sales and management. Equipco has benefited greatly from Robert's high energy and dedication to the company and his customers.


JASON MacKENZIE

Jason joined Equipco in 2004. He has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Simon Fraser University. He has a natural ability to develop and maintain excellent client relationships. He is a strong team player and has over ten years sales and marketing experience. Jason has also served as a Canadian Institute of Plumbing and Heating board member since 2006 and is responsible for the manufacturer's representatives and the codes and standards chair.


BARBARA GABLE

Barbara Gable is our most senior inside sales person and Office Manager for our Head Office. She ensures a level of excellence from our Sales and Administrative staff in dealing with both clients and manufacturers. Being Equipco's first employee in 1991, Barbara has contributed substantially to the company's growth. Her previous background included Production Manager in the photofinishing industry, managing a staff of 150 employees as well as General Manager for three years. Barbara took many courses at BCIT, SFU and BC Research at UBC for business management, customer relations and profit improvement through systems analysis. Throughout her employment, she developed her skills in both the technical and human relations sides of our business being well versed in dealing with wholesalers and engineers. She successfully completed the BCIT Hot Water Heating Design course and regularly attends the Residential Hot Water Heating Association meetings.


PAULINE HAMMOND

Pauline Hammond has an outgoing personality clearly beneficial to her position as Inside Sales. She joined our staff in 2000 having previously spent 17 years in customer service, part of which was inside sales. While with Equipco, Pauline has been trained in HVAC sales having acquired an extensive understanding of the industry. She graduated from Dale Carnegie Training in 2004.


ROB LIPP

Rob Lipp came to Equipco in April 2003 with a very diversified and quality background. As Director of Hardware Development for Reliable Controls, he designed and manufactured HVAC controls for five years. With different employers, he served as Service Technician in machinery repair as well as participated in the manufacturing of circuit boards, each for three years. Rob is a bright, young Inside Sales staff member at Equipco applying his experience and education to the fullest. He holds a diploma in Robotics and Automation Technology, has successfully completed the Hydronic System Design Course from BCIT and holds a Class C Gas Ticket.


CAROL CHAMBERS

Carol Chambers joined Equipco in March 2001 from the plumbing and heating wholesale industry. Carol brings with her over 17 years experience as a friendly, patient and professional receptionist. She enjoys being the first contact for Equipco and prides herself on directing every caller to the correct individual in an efficient and timely manner. She is also Equipco's literature coordinator, handling catalogues, brochures and other literature for the many product lines Equipco represents. Her motto is: "if we don't have it, she will find it". She is a strong team player who is always ready to help.


REY NACARIO

Rey Nacario joined the Equipco Sales staff on February 4, 2010 bringing 20 years of sales experience in both the retail and wholesale markets primarily in communications, packaging and electronics industries. Since 2004 Rey was a Sales Representative in the plumbing industry focusing on account management and business development in direct contact with builders and developers in the Lower Mainland thus making him a valuable asset to Equipco.

STEPHEN LAMB

Stephen Lamb joined Equipco in July 2009 after having spent almost twenty years working with wholesalers in British Columbia and later Manitoba under the influences of the Plumbing and Heating industry. He completed his apprenticeship as a Mechanical Engineering Technician during his early years in his native England and has since applied his knowledge and training in serving his customers. In his last position with a major wholesaler in Winnipeg, Stephen had developed specialized skills in hydronic heating design and troubleshooting.


MARTIN MUCHOWSKI

Marty came to Equipco in October 2010 and has proven his value as Shipper/Receiver and Warehouseperson at our Coquitlam office. His background entailed fifteen years of warehouse operation, management and supervision in addition to the maintenance of equipment and warehouse organization. Marty's friendly demeanor is enhanced by his enthusiastic diligence in completing tasks and willingness to offer procedural improvements.


COLIN THATE

Colin Thate joined the Equipco Head Office Sales Staff on October 1, 2010 bringing with him nine years of award winning sales and management expertise in both retail and IC channels. Most of his experience has been within the local and national power tool industry. His strong account management and business development abilities help drive him forward and have made him a great addition to the Equipco Team.


NOELLE ENGLISH

Noelle English has been with Equipco Ltd. since March 2010. She has been working in the purchasing field for five years and is responsible for purchasing and office administration duties. She is currently being trained in the accounting department. Noelle has completed a program at Sprott Shaw College in office administration and has completed courses at BCIT in purchasing and materials management. She is a reliable team player who is always willing to help.


JENNIFER EDLUND

Jennifer Edlund joined the Equipco team at our head office September 24th 2012. She will be working in administration as well as literature coordinator.


BILL BUNTING

Bill Bunting joined Equipco in 2012.He has over twenty years experience as a manager and business coach. He has delivered training at venues such as the APEG conference in Whistler BC in 2010 and has worked with thousands of people to address their business challenges in areas of management, leadership, sales and presentation coaching. Bill completed the Certified Sales and marketing course approved by the Dutch Council of Accreditation and was accredited to teach programs that could receive University credits. Prior to his career as a training specialist Bill had a distinguished career with Re/max and was inducted into the Re/max Hall of Fame in 1993.


BRANDON BRUCE

Brandon comes to Equipco with 5 years of marketing / sales experience in the B2B industrial sector and will be an Inside Sales Representative at our Coquitlam Office. In his last role he was responsible for the marketing efforts of 6 companies, covering 11 brands across North America. He has a Marketing Management Diploma and a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree. On the weekends he enjoys snowboarding, watching the Canucks, and working on his car.
