Winners write history. Our 2022 NHL Playoff Pool winner was Puckheads, aka Devon from CIMA in Kelowna. When Wayne presented the grand prize, Devon shared he is an avid hockey fan, and the first thing he wanted to do with the jersey was show his Dad - obviously, there are some great Father / Son memories there. As the playoffs were coming to a close, he checked his numbers several times a day, nervous that someone would catch up to him at the last minute.

In March 2001, Carol joined our head office as the receptionist, where she greeted guests, directed calls, coordinated literature, and was always up for learning a new task or product line!

Over the years, as she gained experience and industry knowledge, Carol's duties evolved into customer service & inquiries, quotations, and order entries. Her dedication, high customer service standards, and background in the plumbing and heating industry make her a valuable team member able to assist all the lines Equipco represents.

She was also instrumental in introducing Winston the Westie as our 𝑂𝑓𝑓𝑖𝑐𝑒 𝑃𝑒𝑡𝑟𝑒𝑡𝑎𝑟𝑦.

Carol, thank you for 22 years of service! You have been with the organization longer than any current employee, and we appreciate everything you do to support Equipco's customers and anticipate their needs.
