With a keen eye for process improvement, BJ started with Equipco by getting the warehouse area in London, Ontario set up in an alpha-numerical fashion that has greatly helped the team. BJ is organized and able to anticipate problems that might arise. Coming from Standard Motor Products as a lead hand on the final production line, BJ is a trained champion of the lean management program. Having customer service experience, BJ likes being one step ahead. At Equipco, BJ is among friends and enjoys the fun team environment.
