Kyle Flemington

Kyle brings over 15 years of experience in sales, account management, and business development across the construction, HVAC, plumbing, advertising, and technology industries. His unique combination of hands-on field experience and sales expertise allows him to understand customer challenges from multiple perspectives and provide practical, results-driven solutions.

Before moving into sales, Kyle spent five years in the plumbing and HVAC industry, including four years working on the tools as a plumber. After accumulating all the required hours toward his Red Seal certification, a career-ending injury shifted his path within the industry. He transitioned into project management, overseeing HVAC installations and large residential plumbing projects, where he developed a strong understanding of project coordination, contractor needs, and customer service.

As Outside Sales for Interior BC, Kyle is focused on building strong relationships with distributors and contractors, identifying new business opportunities, and helping customers find the right equipment solutions for their projects. His technical knowledge, customer-first approach, and ability to develop long-term partnerships have helped him consistently grow territories and deliver results throughout his career.
