Social Media Intake Form

Equipco is excited to support a Social Media Content Incentive Program that turns the work you’re already doing in the field into marketing.

This program is open to everyone at Equipco. When you’re learning about new products, at a training event, or in front of completed projects, you document the day to share on Equipco’s social media pages.

Each of the photos or videos we publish on our social media earns you a $100 gift card, paid out quarterly.

Here’s what kind of content we’re looking for:

• Project Highlights — completed or in-progress installations featuring product lines we represent. The more detail the better: include the mechanical contractors involved, the products used, and anything notable about the application.
• Product Highlights — short clips or photos showcasing a product, a feature, or a quick how-it-works demo.
• Events & Trainings — shots from manufacturer training sessions, lunch-and-learns, and product education events.
• Fun Highlight Video & Photos — if you have a fun idea for a video or photo reach out to Jared, Nick, or Evan and we’ll help you put it together.

Rules of Engagement:

1. Keep it professional. Content should reflect well on Equipco’s brand.
2. Manufacturer brands matter. Represent product lines accurately.
3. The reward is paid on publication, not submission. Final selections are managed internally and not every submission will be published. Think about what tells a story about our brand and manufacturers. Quality over quantity.
4. There’s a monthly cap of 2 awarded submissions per person.
5.  Shoot vertical. Hold your phone upright (in the tall, vertical position) when you record. Video shot this way fills the screen properly on social platforms.
